One Step Closer…
Team P2 friends, Good Day,
I know there has not been much news from me these last few weeks. Since the boss’s visit and our four final sea trial days with him and TP2 members Doyle, Holmberg and Grimm we have been flat out trying to get to the delivery and acceptance of this boat. I believe we are there. On Monday, we should at last put pen to paper, sign on the dotted line and exchange the Italian Ensign for a bright red one from the Cayman Islands. On Monday evening the crew will move on board for the first time. And by Wednesday, we need to be ready to cast off and make our way south to Sardinia our first shake-down cruise and full team training session. Getting to this point has been challenging for both the yard and the crew. Very long days and no weekends have left us pretty tired, but eager to get our hands on our boat.
